The European Parliament confirms its support to the 4th European Parliament of Persons with disabilities.

The European Parliament (EP) has answered positively to EDF’s request regarding the 4th European Parliament of Persons with Disabilities (EPPD) on the occasion of the European Day of Persons with Disabilities (EDPD) on 4-5 December.

At its May meeting, the EP governing body (Bureau) accepted that Parliament would grant the hemicycle and take over the costs of the venue, as it was done for the previous edition of the EPPD. The new president of the EP, the Italian Antonio Tajani, said to fully support the EPPD and already committed to participate.

 The EPPD will take place on 6 December 2017.
