Seminar: Independent Living

In the past months a survey about “independent living” was carried out among edsa members. The results were presented at the seminar. Speakers from 10 different countries talked about the housing situation for persons with Down Syndrome in general, the way assistance is organized and gave examples of interesting projects (program). Among the speakers were also three persons with Down-Syndrome presenting their experiences with living on their own.
